Guild bank tabs and gold missing

Recently took over as Guild Master of the guild I’ve been a part of for years now. The guild was created by a group of friends and myself after our previous guild was disbanded. Also to note, I took over as GM with approval of the original GM in the guild.

After taking the guild over, I noticed that all of our guild bank tabs and gold were missing. We had numerous materials and gold in our bank and, while I’m not worried about the mats and gold, I am concerned about the tabs being completely gone. This is frustrating as we have had these since before the server merges and combinations. Also to note, the guild was never transferred to another server.

Is there any way to get these back?

Check permissions on the tabs.
You may need to adjust who can see them.
Can you at least see the main guild bank?

I see your ticket, Helstrom, this will likely need to be dug into.

Question - was the guild inactive for a long period of time? Not that that should really matter - just trying to gather info.

I had this whole beautiful hypothesis written out, only to actually read the full post through.

Are you 100% absolutely sure of this? I only ask because this sounds quite like what may be a shell guild of sorts, what remains behind after a guild is transferred.
