Our guild Geneos Mafia was on Grobbulus for a long time. Due to queue times we made the decision to migrate to Eranikus. In making this move, we lost all of our guild bank tabs. We have a guild named Geneos Mafia on Eranikus now. We are asking to either be refunded for the amount of gold to purchase all 6 tabs, or unlock tabs 4, 5, and 6 and refund our GM for the amount to purchase the first three tabs.

Let me know if you do get a refund as I transferred too and had to buy two new tabs for BsB Stormwind Guard.

Will do! Hoping a GM will see us that can help us out. We created a ticket in-game and got an automated reply that didn’t really lead us anywhere.

Fingers crossed we can get this sorted out. These tabs aren’t cheap and the server queue times left us with no choice but to transfer. It’s the least blue could do in my opinion…

Yes but it’s realm forums. They aren’t used for customer support issues. Which is what you are asking. Just trying to point you in the right direction. I don’t think you are going to get what you are after for a few reasons but you can still try.

As sad as it is, I wouldnt expect anything from blizzard GMs, its hard enough to report harassment with literal screenshots of it happening, so I somehow doubt giving you your gold back for some bank tabs is gonna happen.
