I had hoped there would be some word somewhere on this, but I’m literally missing half of the items that were stored in my personal gbank, and after all the other threads there’s still no official word on a fix coming for this.
The things I could not remove have all disappeared after the patch.
Unfortunately no updates about any progress.
It looks like this problem will go unanswered until after the launch of TWW. And it’s a major one for many of us. Here’s to hoping for an update.

I have a bunch of older mats piling up that are sitting on all of my characters (as I’m bored and mog hunting), and I’m just going to send them all an alt to store at this point. I’m just going to clear out the gbank if they don’t fix this and have an army of toons to store things that would normally go in a personal gbank since Blizz isn’t even addressing this.
I had the same problem. Nothing missing, but could not remove or deposit to certain slots/items that stack. After reset, they are all missing. Anything I did not touch, is still there.
First problem was I couldn’t pull items out, then over half my items disappeared. Now everything is gone, except for one piece of meat. Thousands of crafting mats gone. This is beyond unacceptable. Fix this problem before bring the new xpac that’s only going to cause more issues. This is a sad joke.
Yeah, this has been a week now without any sort of official response. Is it not that widespread? For those of us hit by this it honestly breaks the game. I used my guild bank constantly to share stuff between characters and store things.
I haven’t touched my guild bank in a week because I have no faith in the system any more, and if they need to restore things I don’t want changes to be wiped out. I can’t do weekly crafting quests (other than buying things off the AH) because some of the mats I need are missing. Mail is backing up in the mailbox because at least stuff doesn’t randomly disappear from there.
Starting to feel like they have no idea what’s going on and aren’t going to spend the time to fix it until after TWW launches which sucks…
I opened a ticket but of course it was closed out with a form letter telling me to submit a bug report…
Also surprised that this isn’t listed as a known issue. I put in a ticket some days ago and the advice was to just submit a bug report and wait. 7 tabs of crafting mats all gone down the drain…
Worst case scenario, they do nothing. Second worst case scenario, they mail everything to a guild leader.
Missing guild bank items are still gone and no acknowledgement from Blizzard. The Support post has been deleted with no update. I’m posting in every related thread. Maybe if they all bump to the top someone will be forced to respond.
We have a main post we have been commenting on. In it we have someone collecting all our info including how many guilds we have had affected. Please bump that post and post that as much as you can. I’ve been in that one since the beginning of my issues and it seems to be the biggest one going. Best of luck to you all. I’m still helping report, but I unsubbed and uninstalled today.
The support article acknowledging the Guild Bank items missing?
It was deleted.
This was the support article. They removed it.

I am the GM and I would still take many messages and handling the reorganization.
It would not be ‘fun’. However, I just want our items back ASAP.
Keep these alive!
Here is a twitch link that shows part of the issue for myself:
I’m so sorry you all are still experiencing problems still. I’m on of the long time players that left because of this issue. I highly suggest you all do as well. Many responses I’ve seen other players receive is “too bad, get over it”. That’s absolutely disgusting and no way to treat customers. They tried sweeping this whole thing under the rug and now are just blowing everyone off with an oh well.
