Same problem here, can’t interact with items in the guild vault and doing so causes the game to bug out making it impossible to do anything, including not being able to Logout or Exit Game. Only solution is to force-quit the game and wait 15-30 minutes for my character to be available again. This is happening across multiple characters with or without addons installed and is extremely annoying.
No blue response to this is confusing to say the least, it’s a major problem.
