All the Mt Dew pets are gone and Brrgl one with the Statue you get from Gear store…sure the web sites have them listed as being there but we can’t even check our inventory here this site is broke when you try to look at your collection…

Is this truly a suprise to anyone?
We lost items worth thousands of $$$ and nothing was done by Blizzard, they are not even admiting their mistake or trying to compensate us.
Right now it seems as if Blizzard just can´t handle the game anymore and whatever wiped our guild banks, is still wiping stuff left and right.

Not to me, that’s for sure. Since the prepatch, the number of threads in the bug report forum seems to have exploded, and none of the issues are being fixed.
They obviously just care about chugging forward with all their planned FOMO garbage, without pausing a second to fix stuff that doesn’t work.
Anyone paying them a sub fee should be 100% prepared for stuff to not work, and for their items to go missing, no matter where they are stored. Eventually, it will only be masochists that continue to pay for this game.

I also had achievement spam this afternoon that wiped out the original date stamps for even more old reputation achievements. So I get to be reminded every time I see them that the date is wrong with no way of recalling the actual date, just like how I was dumb enough to trust that I wouldn’t need a spreadsheet for all the items I had in my guild banks.
Remember Blizzard, death by a thousand cuts…

Awesome behavior for a game where you’re supposed to collect achievements and items…blasting away years worth of items with a phony applogy and no compensation, and fudging up people’s achievement dates.
Sad it’s come to this, because I used to love it, but so happy I’m not paying these people anymore, they don’t deserve income for a product that has fallen this far.

The Missing Battle pets and Mt Dew items seem to be all back now …just log out and back in they should show now. Seems they hotfixed it…too bad they couldn’t be bothered to hotfix the guild banks properly…

I really think the guild bank is total data loss and not a simple hotfix. Or at least that is how it seemed to read to me when they posted.
Resubbed based on Linxy’s post some months ago regarding and quote **Due to how some of the data was lost, we’ve reached a point where the result will be an incomplete restoration for some guilds"*. Incomplete to me and my 7 lost tabs worth of stuff not a single item returned, nothing.
We were lied to and the lie got me to resub for 3 months and 3 months later still nothing. Sub on one account ran out today and my second runs out in 10 days.
With the ongoing issues and this cluster F*&k and not even a here’s X gold per lost tab and you have our apologies its time to give it up, unsub and move on.

11.0.7 released,…and here I was hoping the “7” in that might be 7 tabs of items returned to all that lost them. But apparently the 7 is not for that. Oh well,…it was wishful thinking 
(Still nothing returned to 2 guilds with 7 tabs missing. Nothing in game. Still following it up with channels in Australia,…not holding my breath,…but oh well,…whats to lose (except our stuff)…)

More people need to do this, it’s the only way the hats that are in charge would notice. They’ve probably already forgotten the millions of items they’ve deleted. Or high fiving each other because they deleted peoples stuff, and those people still pay them, so they’re proud of themselves for creating such powerful FOMO that they can crap on their players and stil get paid.

I keep getting that. I’ve found (a) a /reload often works - or flying away from the garrison instance area and back in again (b) it’s prevented by not learning the rank 2 (3) pattern until you have completed building the rank 1 (2) building (i.e. clicking on the scroll outside the newly levelled building). You can buy the pattern, but leave it in your bags until the earlier rank is done.
