They have already given an answer. This isnt that big of a deal so “the gravity” is pretty low. If it was a big deal they would have done more to fix it but they realize its just not.
I’ve not received anything either and don’t expect to at this point.
It is gone - Putting in a ticket is useless at this point. It will only generate some AI nonsense or if there is a person behind the keyboard it has been farmed out to a 3rd party who probably does not even know what WoW stands for, let alone a fix (other than the normal check wowhead).
Could be true, though I’ve not experienced it myself. I’ve seen things turn gray. Sometimes one of my officers will go through and vendor stuff from our guild’s bank when it’s turned gray.
My bags are pretty packed. I leave the empty space in ONE BAG so that everything I pick up goes there (or now, into the reagent bank if appropriate) and the only time I’ve (personally, so it COULD happen, just hasn’t YET to me) I’ve had empty spots in my bag is if it held a stack of consumables and I’d used it up. Well, I DO leave an empty spot in my backpack for conjured bread on my mage, so that spot I EXPECT to be empty when I log on. IF this is happening, and has been, it’s a bit disturbing.
Not mentioned in the video, unfortunately, but did see a few mention in the COMMENTS and I added to it as well. NOT that it will do anything, but maybe people will read them, if they didn’t yet know about this. I do wish Bellular would at least acknowledge it, even if he doesn’t make it into a full video. It DOES have to do with this xpac (as it started in pre-patch or slightly before) and it VERY MUCH has to do with quality. THIS video would have been a good place to discuss it.
I have been glyphing since wrath. Its been a mainstay of my gold making. The amount of gold lost and items has killed my enthusiasm to continue glyhing anymore. I just dont have it in me to spend those hours doing it now
Yeah, I figured.
I posted on Bellular’s videos, regularly on the Facebook posts too. As long as we keep this alive… I’m not giving up hope, however fleeting.
I have never had any of the items returned to our gbank, neither through mail or left where they were. Thankfully it was just all old stuff and our guild doesn’t hold onto anything super valuable (we are a small guild that doesn’t raid), but it was ours to use and has not been refunded or reinstated in any way.
Well, I followed through and did not buy the AH mount. If things had been different, and they replaced my guild bank contents. I would’ve bought it in a heartbeat.
Also have not bought any other mounts or pets.
Once again leaving players to question whether this issue is still in progress
okay, that’s not true. you posted this from the ticket:
I can say that the Guild Bank items restorations have been completed
there’s your answer. they don’t need to keep giving it.
After double-checking the situation, I can say that the Guild Bank items restorations have been completed:
That wasn’t a statement from the dev team. That was a statement by customer service (specifically Vrak), who has stated openly they have no additional information outside this thread.
That wasn’t a statement from the dev team.
okay? does that mean it’s wrong?
It means that the person that said that does not have the necessary information to make that statement while guaranteeing its accuracy.
you have no way of knowing who they did or didn’t talk to in order to get that information.
Customer service has no way to communicate with devs, they’ve made that excessively clear.
okay, so they asked their supervisor who got the information from the devs.
Vrak said directly he had no additional information beyond this thread. You want to call Vrak a liar go ahead.
i don’t know who vrak is or when they said that.
okay, let’s cut to the chase here.
exactly which blizzard employee(s) need to make the statement you guys want to hear, and exactly how should it be phrased?
it’s clear nothing else will count as a response.
There needs to be a proper apology for one. Back in the day I would’ve expected a statement from Mike Morhaime. Johanna or at least someone high up on the WOW team.
All they gave was a weasely half answer that uses politician language to be deliberately vague and avoid accountability.
okay, so be specific. how much groveling should they do? are there specific phrases they need to be sure to include or avoid?
