When you type “J” does it do anything at all? If it does something but doesn’t show the “expected” guild/community interface, check to see if it’s minimized (arrow near the X-to-Close at top right of the dialog box).
If you don’t get anything that seems like an actual bug; submit a ticket?
Nope nothing. Add the . yourself as i’ve been banned far too much to be allowed to insert images.

That image suggests it is a Blizzard restriction on your in-game account (or just that character). I would not expect the whole interface to be “unavailable” if you simply got banned from your guild as you could be in multiple communities at the same time (that you did not get banned from).

This isn’t just you. People have been having issues with the communities window all day, apparently. I’ve seen a few questions in general chat while I was questing around.
No need. It’s a known bug since maintenance. Lord’s only knows what they did. lol
