Stunning as always, dude. Did you also consider the cinematic trailers for other expansions? Would Arthas reawakening, Deathwing emerging, Chen stopping the fight in Pandaria (and the accompanying “IN A HAT!” cinematic that followed), Grom refusing the Blood of Mannoroth, and the initial assault on the Broken Shore with Varian and Sylvanas have a place on this list?

The timeline indicates a spike of short stories in MoP that was not followed up in following expansions. Interesting…

Sort of, they’re mixed in there though some of the entries are missing.
