Mature Filter worked for me for about 5 seconds, then went back to a lot of Unknowns and locked screen. Reload would unlock it for 5 seconds then rinse repeat… ugh

While the workaround has worked for the most part, there shouldn’t have to be. ALL of my add-ons were disabled and I still couldn’t access the group finder. Now that I enabled the filter and reloaded, I can no longer group in a party with anyone on my friends list (it doesn’t give me the option to invite them or vice-versa)…One “fix” broke something else.

Turn on mature language filter, make sure you don’t have your own group finder filter mod on. And then reload the UI.

Turning on mature language filter fixed it for me. Blizzard needs to address this issue asap. Forcing people to turn on the mature language filter is not an acceptable solution.

I logged out not long ago and saw the game do an update. After that I was able to see groups in the group finder with the new formatting. Prior to that I saw none. I suggest closing the game so it can update and trying to reopen it. Others also say this has worked for them.

Looks like they patched the broken UI stuff (Friends list, LFG, Recruit a Friend, etc.)

0332 PDT and still broken, oddly the only group in the queue/list that works is someone selling runs… not sure if a screen shot is worth it as we all seem to have the same issue.
That is all at this time, checking back in 3 or so hours.

Still an issue with me. Definitely doesn’t work with Elvui. Took disabling addons and several reloads for it to fix itself.

Small indie company doesnt have enough emplyees to even make a post within 24 hours of breaking the game, or even that they are even aware of the issues plagueing the game right now.

Adding my reply to this thread as I have the others. Tuesday, I did not experience this issue. It wasn’t until after I posted a screenshot of the new UI in Discord that one of my guildies sent me a Discord message with a screenshot of what he was seeing. What a mess! He joined me in running one M+. After we left the instance, I experienced an issue where I could not scroll through the list in group finder, and everything has a weird title. I had a reload my UI to see the actual list. I have the Mature Language Filter checked, which is why I didn’t see the issue when I originally logged in… but I have learned today that the “workaround” with that filter may not resolve the issue for everyone. I do not use any UI related addon, and I use the old standard in-game UI.
I encourage others to please respond with your experience. Hopefully we’ll see a quick fix to this problem soon.

same here. Literally can’t que for arena on any of my 3 characters. Tried the mature filter on/off and all addons off
