same cannot use lfg to find groups whatsoever, it is broken.

Can confirm Mature language filter did NOT work for me even after a fresh install with no addons etc - has anyone successfully refunded game time? This is ridiculous. They don’t even care to communicate about the problem and 3/4 of the pvp population can’t see the LFG I might as well just refund it. #smallindieco isn’t a valid excuse.

Literally any other service in the world would either have to roll back their updates or apologize and start working around the clock announcing an ETA throughout the process.

Out on Twitter, I did see Blizzard confirming this is an issue and they are working on it. I asked them to have someone respond to this thread or somewhere else.

group finder still not working days after patch and hotfixs.

PLAYERS should be compensated for game time for this…Group Finder is not working for thousands of players when are we going to get a fix??? mature language filter only works for a limited time after it starts bugging out again, and for pvp it doesn’t work at all.

I will keep responding to this post to keep it up till there is an official word on whether this is an existing bug they are working on or not.

Not sure what the problem was with the old lfg. This new one sucks. It doesn’t work.

While in principle I agree, the law (and your contract with Blizzard) says you’re paying for access to the servers and nothing more, and they’re discharging that very limited obligation. So for the very low bar the Terms of Service set, they’re doing “good enough”.

They should make it right, but they’re not obligated to by contract or law, so they probably won’t.

Yup mine is still bugged. Reinstalled game, tried mature chat filter, gets it to work for 20 seconds then bugs out again. No addons enabled.

Still happening, its been days. Just got home and was excited only to be let down again. Thought for sure they would test their work. They made all those changes to LFG and we can’t even use it. I just wish they would restart the servers already!

Remember back in Season 2 they said healer SS mmr issue was under their radar?

Try turning off the game and starting Battlenet for an update. Mine was broken like everyone else’s but the update fixed it.
