My brother and I were using the free trial, we decided to buy the game and we did, several hours have passed and it doesn’t let us search for raid groups and dungeons and it gives us a message that The trial accounts free cannot use this function. How can I solve it?
It takes up to 24 hours for all social restrictions to be removed once game time has been added to a trial account.

While you wait, you should still be able to group up together, do quests, even see if you can get into a guild and do some dungeon runs with guildies!
The restrictions will not prevent the two of you from levelling together either 
When you both upgraded your accounts, the levelling restriction of 20 would have been removed immediately.
