You’ll be fine. When people don’t know which PVP server to roll on, they’ll wildly appear on the RP-PVP server out of confusion.
Lol i got into Grob within the first 5mins of the event, i wonder why so many had trouble.

I reserved one spot on this server - a NE Hunter. I’ve never been on either an RP or PVP server, but ai’m looking forward to it!

Low population means little when you consider that it is representative of however many layers Blizzard intends to utilize. Low pop could very well be enough players to fill multiple non-layered servers, and I would wager that RPPVP players are most stable retention-wise. So when the layers collapse, we may very well have a nice robust population.
We do not need to recruit folks who are not committed to RPPVP simply to gain bodies.

I rolled a character here, a NE Hunter, even tho I’ve never played RP style OR PVP. I’m really looking forward to it!

Myself and Gaming Past 30 rolled on it. I think the low server pop was just because of the RP servers being inaccessible for so much of that first hour. I’m hearing from a decent amount of folks that they rolled at least one toon here. That tells me we will have a good to absurdly high pot on launch. We just didn’t have 10,000 people trying to get it within the first minute. 10k seems too high, but we’ll see. Hopefully Launch day isn’t as much of a sh*& show as today was.
I honestly just hope people that play on Grob actually RP because it seems like people will roll it just to avoid streamers and/or pvp on a less populated server.

It sounds like a few people will be new, so it will be up to the RP pro’s to make it easy for them to participate. I.e. reaching out, being patient, welcoming, kind, hosting fun events, that sort of thing.

Myself and my group of friends are all rollin grob, it’s gonna be a good time for sure.
undecided between my lock on whitemane or my priest on grob as a main…
I think all the realms will be fine. If anything, there probably aren’t enough. Blizzard seems to think that a dozen or so MURICA realms is going to be enough for this… ya right. We’re also getting all of canada and SA.
With fewer players, it should just mean more players will share the same layer. Maybe Blizzard will even configure it so on purpose, to better support RP world PVP.

I really hope players won’t freak out about realm populations.
Just play your character, have fun, make friends, be supportive of your peers, be fun to play with. That’s really all each player needs to do for a healthy server.

Since the low/med/high designations are relative, I think it says nothing about how healthy a server might be and more about how overbooked Herod is.
