No, there won’t. Because people aren’t adopting the “only one server, no choice” mentality that you’re pushing. They’re turning their back on RP PVP. Hence why Glob is low pop.
I have played on Feathermoon since Wrath. For the majority of my time playing, I’ve been an East Coast player on a West Coast realm. My server has always been fairly low compared to other servers of it’s type. Trust me. You will find activity at all hours of the day.
Most of us are setting the bar a little higher than “some activity”
It will be a non-issue when the only RP-PvP realm is PST. Joining Bloodsail isn’t an option because it doesn’t have any PvP involved.
The orc is correct. Most RP and PvE servers will have the least amount of tourists.
Well, I don’t know what else to say than enjoy your time on a regular pvp server?
It seems like you just don’t want to be on an rp-pvp server that badly. Go somewhere else.
Unless an EST RP PVP server opens later at which point… (What’s lower than low pop? Dead server?)
Being on a server where I had a great connection and the majority of people around my time zone and a large population to do stuff with was a higher priority, yes. Clearly.
I kept getting put on Mankrik 3 times in a row. Lost two of the three names I wanted, most likely because of this
Grobbulus will be ready to welcome you when you realize that everything is okay on the realm after release.
Don’t wait up, dad.
Just like man Kirk couldn’t find his wife. You couldn’t find your name
Ouch man, right in the feels (lol)
Mankrik was lonely without his wife. At least now he has Grimbol to keep him warm.
No way to say what ‘low’ means.
I imagine all servers will be packed at launch. The question is do they stay that way 3 months in. If a server looks like it need layering going into phase 2 they will probably add servers.
If any server stays the most consistent with pop it will be Grobb.
From what I can tell based on how it’s changing, the values are relative to the highest server.
(Precise numbers are guesses)
High = Those servers with the highest amount, down to 75% of the highest server.
Low = Those servers with less than 25% of the high value.
Medium = Those servers with 25% to 75% of the highest server’s value.
So as Herod gains more people, it gets away from everyone else, pushing even Faerlina down into the Medium value, and pushing a few more into the Low category.
Polls on reddit and from the discord show most of the playerbase of Grobbulus being on Eastern though…there will be tons of Eastern players my dude.
Yeah it depends on what low, medium, high means… Does high mean 50k players and medium is 25k? is it 10k for high and 5k for medium? I doubt we will ever know.
well for the first bit of time almost all of the realms said High so I am pretty sure they adjusted the threshold amount between low medium and high. I wouldn’t worry about it
