Certain games make me hella motion sick… and I had been super excited with the addition of the new elixir of “please don’t make me sick in this dungeon”… but…
Grimrail depot still makes me very motion sick even with using the new “Motion Sick Peon’s Magical Elixir”.
The moving fog along the sides of the environment is wrecking me and I can’t find a way to turn it off.
Is there a way to turn the moving fog/wind effect off too? I’ve been through every setting in graphics and nothing does it. I made 3K RIO last season and I very much want to keep pushing this season… but it’s just not worth it if I feel sick for a couple of days after running this dungeon.
I assume the particle effect modifier didn’t change it? If nothing in the graphics settings worked, then what you can do is send this over to the accessibility team so they can consider this for future changes:

Here is their email: accessibility@blizzard.com
They probably won’t respond to you but they will see your suggestion. You can also post in the General Discussion forum so that developers can also see it. I know this isn’t the response you’re looking for, but I believe this is all you can do if you cannot change anything through graphics settings.

You can try to reach out to the Accessibility team. You’re not guaranteed a response, but it doesn’t hurt to give it a try.

Blizzard does have a email though specifically for this.
Hopefully more changes will happen in the future.

There isn’t much I can add here. The Accessibility Team is the right point of contact for these kinds of things so they can look into possible solutions that might be able to help you and those in the same situation.

I’ll follow up on the suggestions made here. Thanks so much everyone!
(and no, the particle effect setting did not help. It was the first thing I tried)
