I use mayo not butter… it browns better… I also use velveeta cheese slices because it melts more evenly and isn’t greasy like american or cheddar.
if it’s not greasy, you’re not understanding why Grilled Cheese is so good…
I bet you eat the powdered cheese mac n cheese too…
BLECH!! GOD no… Velveeta Shells n Cheese, w/Bacon.
I use fresh mozzarella and tomato
Now you understand why my grill cheese is the best grill cheese
nope… it really isnt, a Grilled Cheese isnt supposed to be healthy, it’s meant to make you feel bad after eating, otherwise it doesnt give those “that was worth it tho” endorphins.
I melt the butter in the pan and then put the bread on top of that… soaking in all that nummy goodness. There is also no tearing the bread due to cold butter and it seems to take less time to cook.
i melt butter in a pan, throw in some garlic flakes , salt and pepper and let it go until it’s BLACK and the smoke alarm goes off
next i toast my slices of my bread, then stuff it with some of that good stuff- the yellow cheese i cant remember the name of
then, whatever i have on hand goes in, last time it was chopped cherry tomatoes and a jalapeno
mmm mmm finger lickin’ good
Oaxaca cheese and sliced jalapenos.
This. Kraft singles?! Gross.
I like the regular one… butter, am. cheese… sometimes add in a slice of pepper jack… The times I run out of butter, I use mayo. on the bread, which is okay.
Well I only eat grilled cheese about once every 8 or 9 years.
But when I do I like to fry up some homemade sourdough bread with tons of butter.
I use American singles for the cheese.
Craft singles, white bread, and butter…does it get more American? Yes, because you can also put bacon on it.
Sliced American cheddar tastes like the awful plastic packaging it comes in.
Change my mind.
Nah, more cheese for me
If I were to make such a delicacy, I would use the block of Velveeta, and slice off 2, 1/2 inch slices to surround the Linguica, so that everything is gooey with the amazing taste that’s Velveeta.
I’ll pray for your tastebuds.
Mayo instead of butter, just saying. Then Velveeta, bacon, and Canadian bacon.
