All the items in my bags are grey until I use them? Is this is known bug?

Try a full ui reset by deleting ur wtf interface and cachce folders while logged outa game and launcher

Without deleting any folders, logging out then back it fixed the issue. Now to figure out what triggered it. Also, I disabled my addons and it wasn’t them.

Disabling addons wont fix the issue if its a corrupted ui if it happens do a proper rest not the same as disabling or uninstalling the addons.

makes me think you had used the search thing in your bags and none of the items in your bags match the search term.

That was what it looked like to me. Except the gloves are highlighted, so they must have met the search criteria.

But is there a search box there? I don’t see one on the backpack.

In that shot, no. One could exist, but we’re not seeing it possibly because of an addon.

Logging out and back in would normally clear a search option, therefore returning the items to normal (no longer grayed).

I do not see one but maybe they had the search in the bag addon and then disabled it

I just wasn’t sure about it because that looks like a screenshot from Season of Discovery.

Looking at various videos from that version, I don’t see a search box for those backpacks either. Nor do I see one when I log into Season of Discovery (my screenshot).

Seems others have had the issue as well.

The gloves I was able to equip and un-equip to bring back color. Still not sure what caused the issue or how I would replicate it, if it was something to further look into.

It is a SoD character.

Had you recently swapped a rune? As outlined in the post that Kyzera quoted?

Kyzera is likely correct then, as she usually is, and it is a bug that rune swapping causes.

I’m not sure if QA knows what is causing that or not, but I’d recommend adding to that quoted thread, or submit a bug report in-game.

Quick update, when switching or adding runes, the bag items will blink to black and white. The bug me and others have encountered seems to keep the items it colorless upon the completion of adding/switching runes.

Please add this information to the Bug Report Forum. It could help them track down the bug faster.
