I’m planning to start an undead rogue to serve the horde. So far I see no one around. I’m on the east coast.

Is it active horde side?
First time playing on a rp server. Kinda wanna do a very loyal to his race undead rogue. Willing to do any dangerous missions

Horde is definitely more active than Alliance at the moment, but unless you’re willing to seek out a guild that really fits your character, this might be the most difficult time you could pick to try and start. Not that it should discourage you from giving it a shot if you’re interested, just keep in mind that the game is pretty much limping until the next expansion at this point.
The Valley of Honor in Orgrimmar is the main place you’ll be able to find “beginner” RP (walking up, introducing yourself, casual conversations and the like), so if nothing else, it’s a decent way to get your feet wet before figuring out what you might be interested in.

Where are you looking for the RP, out of interest? If it’s the Undercity you won’t find anyone - the Undercity was canonically destroyed at the start of this expansion. (I recommend watching this if you want to catch up on BFA’s story https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yRgL8i4Ewow ) Orgrimmar has a LOT of RP, and the Forsaken refugees are around that area, particularly in the Valley of Honor - you’ll find RP there for sure.
If you’re looking for Forsaken specific RP outside of Orgrimmar, I’d say your best bet is trying to connect with a Forsaken guild, or other Forsaken RPers. If you want to find either, a good place to start is the Undercity United discord - sorta a hub for Forsaken fans on WRA. I’m sure you’ll find interesting people to chat to there!
