Didn’t this enchant came out in 2.1.3 back in the day and we are playing in 2.4.3? For some reason you can’t find it in The Violet Eye quartermaster.

They half-implemented a ton of things in this weird vague abomination version of TBC, and there’s no list anywhere of it.
Chaotic Skyfire Diamond isn’t supposed to be in until 2.3, but it’s in on release. Meanwhile, things like the 24 slot quiver and adamantite arrows that also came out in 2.3 aren’t in.
I think it has to do with the idea that regular TBC ended with patch 2.4
So, 2.5 doesn’t mean it included everything behind it, because it didn’t exist back in the day.
I could be wrong though. Either way, if you use the wowhead site it will mention usually that it was released in phase 1, etc. this is directly under the patch it was released in.
Originally it came out a few minor patches after launch; it was added in the same patch with weapon damage.
Odds are phase 2 with some other goodies. You will still need exalted with violet eye.
