Hi, I did 2 keys, and all 3 LFR wings last week, and my great vault is only showing 1 option for LFR. I’m missing the 2nd LFR option and my M+6 key option.

If you earned a reward from the vault last week and didn’t pick it up, then that will still be showing. To see this week’s reward, you would need to loot last week’s first.
That’s usually what causes this.
