In the Great Vault I have the defeat two LFR Vault of the Incarnates reward selected as chosen, which I got last week, and can get the two Aspect’s Tokens.
However I have killed all 8 LRF last night, they are shown in the Raid Info tab as killed, and I have the weekly quest The Great Vault as being 0/1.
I am unable to get the Great Vault reward I should be getting a choice of.
Great vault doesnt reset till tommorow.
Great Vault has reset, still has 385 shoulders claimed and two tokens as options to take, no indication of the 8 boss kills I did.
That’s probably an indicator that you have unclaimed rewards in the Vault. They don’t go away if you don’t claim them - they accumulate.
This is correct. If you don’t claim your rewards from the week before reset - You’ll have to claim a reward to see the new rewards from this week to choose from!

I believe the 385 Shoulders you are seeing and 2 Tokens, are the optional rewards from a previous week, Grimmosh. As Zungar mentioned, you’ll want to claim one of those rewards (since you already seem to have the shoulders, you’d likely want to grab the tokens). Once you do, if you qualified for another week, that reward will generate for you to select.
If you have no rewards to generate and claim, you should see whatever rewards you may qualify for next week.
