any updates on this? was able to receive loot from char but not my main which got even more honor than the alt
Same issue on both of my characters. I should have PvP options, but it’s all blank.

A blue just posted in GD about lfr sharing a lockout with normal raid. Hopefully we will get an answer soon. They appear to still be working.

They’re having the same problem on EU servers apparently.

i dont think they can ignore this problem as it creates an advantage for players who didnt encounter the bug, in a big way. this problem also could arise every week so if they kept ignoring it there would be the potential of some players having no vault loot every week and im pretty sure just in the amount of money theyd lose in subscriptions due to this problem going unchecked, theyd feel forced to fix it before it gets to be a bigger problem.
I got a response after a few hours. It was something along the lines of that they’re getting a lot of tickets at this time so here’s some links to wow head and the forums. Like what’s even the point of making a ticket if they’re just gonna send me back here.

Did y’all check your vaults last week before reset. I got the items today and my brother got an item on the character he’d checked the vault on and didn’t on the character he hadn’t. Might be related but I’m not sure.

It’s not my girlfriend didn’t check hers and still got her loot but that was a good thought

That’s interesting… Not sure why I would check a vault with nothing in it. So I didn’t maybe on to something but I guess it doesn’t matter if Blizzard won’t make this right.
Yeah, not sure why i’d check last week when arena’s just came out and I don’t PVE.

I had to sit there and wait for about 60 seconds with the window open before it would appear. Was so afraid…

genuine question, if this problem persists and we are ignored, would you guys unsub to wow because of it? i feel i would have to because im not playing w the hope i get rewarded while others i see get guaranteed reward

We just need a response… I want to play the game but not sure if that will make things more complicated to fix this issue. We pay for this, just give us a response…extremely unprofessional for such a major issue. Even if the response is “we don’t know but are aware” that would be fine.
