Yeah 100% would unsub for this. How do you stay competitive in arena when you don’t get rewards and others do for the same amount of work. If they dont fix it I am behind a week and at a disadvantage

Same problem. I’ve relogged too many times to count, as well as reloading my UI way too many times. No result. I unfortunately was trying to figure out this bug on my own and queued some games already. Now my 1st reward is showing availability to be opened next week, but still nothing for this weeks rewards from last weeks gameplay.
I’m pretty salty about this.

yeah where are my vault items. I earned all 3 tiers of pvp gear. and I chose an item and only got a key. This is so brutal. now im behind because of a bug after putting in a month of work. manditory work. that I pay for… where is my gear I earned this. My lack of item level is now affecting how often I can mythic and pvp. I have posted on vaious foromns and have seen zero peopple recieveing help. Ive also opened tickets for lost loot and have recieved zero response. Ik bliz doesn’t care about one individual player but I cant play this game is a buig is gonna be what holds me back from beings the meta gear level and palying with my friends and enjoying the game

Blizzard, all my friends are playing games and had no problems. FIx this **** now or at least acknowledge it. I don’t pay you money to screw me.
Im trying to maintain hope. them just not responding to tickets, twitter, or forums w any useful message makes me concerned. it would be the final push to give up on them though so at least theyd of made it abundantly clear they dont care for the game properly if they dont fix it. but all that aside i have faith they will fix it, its just too big of a bug to ignore imo

Completed 3/3 pvp rewards on two of my characters last week. No rewards in the vault and is greyed out.
blizzard public relations team/ funding has to be non existent
7h30 minutes no response to a major issue. Literally the first big reward loot of the week is just not there for a lot of the player base and these people won’t say anything.

i was crying this afternoon when my entire guild was il 199 and i am stuck at 186 … but now that i have found people to suffer alongside i am momentarily at ease

Vault was blank this week with no option for me to receive my gear from last week. I played tonight and I now have this weeks 3/3 vault rewards unlocked. Should I take them? Wait? They are going to have to give us our gear via GM into mail or inventory. I would assume because this is unacceptable as fack they will let us choose what we receive. Completely unacceptable.

Same here, I’ve got 2 characters, both CQ capped, farmed more than enough honor. When I go to collect my items it’s completely greyed out! Really upsetting.

Also didnt get any options to pick from relogged a ton of time, too hype a moment getting he first big loot piece and it just not there after all that time effort and the fact that you pay for the game, gonna put it down till they fix, so disappointed.

Just turned off WM and went to check, and was able to open the vault now (and collect my gear). Tried this before and it didnt work but here we are.
Didnt work for me
