I mean at this point, all I want to do is PvP. And if this is a possibility every week, there’s no point pushing hard during the week to have to just spend conquest and rank up through honor. Not worth the sub.
Yeah, same with my toon. Got to 1850 Cr, capped on honor points and my vault was all locked out!!

I got a ticket response essentially saying due to high ticket volume they are unable to address this issue at this time. Hope that mean there will a fix at some point, just might be a bit.
wait times for tickets are average 18 days.
Well they resolved my ticket after 2 hours with that response… so there’s that!
I mean, I pay them money for a subscription to honor what they’re offering in game. If they deviate from that it’s a problem. I’m not asking for anything special, just what they offered. Blizz needs to respond to this issue asap.

I really don’t get it. It’s been 5 hours of a known major issue and something everyone has been waiting for since the expansion released (first week of chest loot).

the second a bug like this is made known, there should be a blue post commenting about it and regularly updating.
They have funding to hire employees for this. They are just too busy firing them for some reason.
activision needs to reevaluate itself and change from the bottom up.
Hire more people, Create a small team for separate areas – one for forums as an example, and get more agile.
We don’t need much… just say, “We are aware that there are issues with looting the Great Vault, we are working on it, sorry for the inconvenience”
It’s not hard.

average ticket wait time is 19Ds 4 hrs so yeah.
The longer I wait the more likely I’m going to demand a weapon because this is horse****. I don’t want to play more games because I don’t want to get rid of evidence. I just want to play and they’re ***king it up.
