Great Vault Dispenses Incorrect Reward

  1. Opened Great Vault delighted to find my BiS Neck Item finally! HUGE UPGRADE!
  2. I selected my BiS reward Neck Slot Mythic also with level +1 socket and speed.
  3. Received 6x Tokens of Merit instead.
  4. Seriously wtf? No recourse, no refunds. GM just tells me to make a ticket for a dev to eventually review.
  5. I will not be renewing if this isn’t remedied in a timely manner. Luckily, I have stayed monthly :slight_smile:

At least you got something, one of my alts that I raided on last week had nothing in the vault. lmao

GM non stop reply with all these nice words effectively equating to “we don’t want to do anything”. Maybe someone can explain what exactly the point of GM is if they cant do anything. Just replace GM with generative AI and save a few extra dollars. Already this feels more like dealing with a health insurance company than a video game.

GMs cannot switch out rewards or fix bugs, if this is a bug and not an accident. If it was found to be a bug and a fix got implemented, you could get double the rewards (the one the GM swapped and the bug fix one) or your account could even become bugged more.

I know it is painful to not get what you were expecting, but sometimes that literally is the answer, that nothing can be done.

So basically institutionalized ineptitude and laziness, I’ll take my sub fee elsewhere for a while.
