Start off by removing the masked profanity as it’s not allowed on the forums OR in-game.
Then, you post over in the Bug Report forum if you’ve encountered a bug. Item Levels are not something that a GM is going to be able to adjust for you unfortunately.
I’d recommend not adding in the hyperbole as that’s akin to trolling.

Where in my post is it trolling? Did I receive an item that clearly states a 493 ilvl but when I opened it it isn’t? Yes I gave you the screenshots.

Calling the devs “lazy” is unnecessary and I would consider that trolling. It doesn’t help your post or situation at all.
I get being frustrated, but again, that sort of nonsense isn’t helpful.

One of the largest MMORPG games in existence? Millions of lines of code…yeah, things can go wrong.
Name calling is still unnecessary and unhelpful. Looks like one of the mods was nice enough to remove your masked profanity along with the name calling for you though.

At no point is it ever appropriate to insult our staff. While we understand the frustration that a potential bug may cause, such comments are not productive.
I’d encourage reporting this issue in the Bug Report forums, sans the extraneous commentary.
