Got Silenced Banned, Had Appealed a ticket and Granted, But nothing changes in-game

i got silence banned due to promoting myself looking for guild in the premade group. i did submitted a ticket and the GM had replied 13h ago, that my appeal had been granted and they lifted up the suspension. But in-game i still have the silence ban, and i still can’t look for group in the premade.
Here is the reply i got:

After reviewing carefully on your account again, I have lifted up the account suspension.

Try logging out and closing out your game and Battle.net launcher. Heck, go for a full-on reboot of your entire system. Sometimes that’ll refresh things. If not, try changing your account’s password.
