Couple days ago I got dced and logged in to see permanently banned message on 1 out of my 2 active subs, I checked my email, but there was nothing, nothing in spam either, I did recieve every other mail on that email except ban email, so it’s not a problem on my end. After I tried contacting CS to get a reason of my ban, but only got template responses with 0 explanation on what my ban reason is and told to stop making tickets and just make a new account. It’s really dissapointing losing thousands of hours of progress and not even getting a reason why, especially why only 1 of the subs was banned, then being told to go again without even knowing what I did wrong.

Likely you you were caught in the most recent banwave. Likely it means something on your computer that flagged the system. Appeal and be patient. DO NOT be aggressive with the appeal, just be patient and they will resolve it if, indeed, you have done nothing wrong.

Unfortunately you just have to keep appealing. I know thats not what you had hoped.

So um, back on topic.
All accounts on a battlenet only go to one email ya? Reason asking is if there was an alternative email maybe attached to that banned account.
Also are both accounts on the same bnet or two diff ones?

Probably best to make a new account to play again and pay for a new subscription.
That is not the correct approach. Unless they say that they will not accept any more appeals, then there is a chance he can get his account back eventually through the appeal process, and being patient.

Both subs are on the same bnet acc, only 1 out of 2 were banned. Only 1 email attached to my bnet acc and all blizzard/bnet emails go there(tickets,purchases,etc), it is not filtered nor in spam.

Theres a good chance his new account could be banned as well.
Let’s all try to be cool, and let the mods do their jobs once they get on shift. No reason to make their work harder.

No reason to. There are no GMs on redit to look into your account action. Their remains ONE single way to appeal an account action, and that’s via a ticket. If you have one open, that’s the correct route. If they actioned your account, they should have given you a reason. Some reason examples (which they will NOT get into more details on):
- Hacking/Cheating
- Harassment
- Inappropriate Language
- Violating the EULA terms
There are more, but those are some of the more common ones.
