Hi everyone. I got the Epic Edition of the pre-order and didn’t get a character boost or the trading tender. I got the mogs, mounts and pets but that’s it. Missing the other half of things. Nothing in the loot chest for tenders either. Full restarts, swapping toons and realms…nothing triggered them to show up for me.
What does the purchase say in your transaction page, does it say completed or pending?
It’s completed! My fiancé gifted it to me and it says claimed/activated.
Give it a little bit of time, it’s likely still processing. If after 24hrs you don’t have everything you can put in a Purchase Failure ticket to have it looked into.

It says completed in your fiance’s transaction history? Just to make sure I understand correctly.
If it is indeed completed per transaction history, I’d give it 24 hours for the things to come through and then file a purchase failure ticket if they don’t. If it’s pending, then the expected time to fully process could be longer.

Yeah, he said it shows completed on his end for his account and then on my account it shows that it was claimed/activated.
Yeah, give it 24 hours for server to fully catch up and if you don’t have all the items after that it’s time for a purchase failure ticket.

I didn’t get mine last night either, or an achievement.
Hopefully they are there today.
I know there are some issues with Characters boosts from the expansion that is currently being looked into.
I haven’t seen anything about the tenders but it does look like yours was a gift and not purchased natively from the account. There are often some restrictions on some rewards that are gifted, those that aren’t easily reversed if the purchase doesn’t process. Tenders and the Boost may be one of those.
Give it 24 hours for the items to show up (specifically the tenders), the boost may be delayed due to the issues being investigated.

I purchased the Epic edition of Midnight and received everything except for when I boosted to level 80 on an alt, I wasn’t given a boost to my renown like I should’ve. I could’ve sworn that we were supposed to get an increase to that similarly how it was done for the TWW Epic edition and the DF renown boost.
I also did not receive a boost to my renowns upon using the level 80 boost from the midnight pre-order
