it isnt, if epic bg’s were meant to be premaded you would be able to queue with more than 5 people in your group, but you cant.

really? because most of the forum threads in the battlegrounds topic are people complaining about epic bg premades, seems like people are being disrupted and harassed by them. if Blizzard intended for people to queue epic bg’s with more than 5 people you would be able to do so, the rule exists for a reason, and going around that with unconventional ways is against ToS.
no they aren’t. 80% of threads discuss other topic, of the premade threads, 3/4 of them were started by Charming just for fun.
A mythic raid has a player cap of 20 people, imagine if you could get more people in the raid by an unconventional way to make the raid easier, that’s exactly what you’re doing. The player cap exists for a reason.

you also have to remember that this is PVP, someone is going to lose, so someone will always go home unhappy.
if hurt feelings mattered, the world could never repay its debt to me, so per your interpretation, blizzard should rig the game so i never lose. do my feelings matter more than others? do yours?
Once again you can’t even address the ToS, you attempt to change the subject because you are wrong. Winning or losing a match is completely irrelevant to this rule. Your feelings also do not matter when it comes to the terms of service.
