equality of opportunity is preserved, it sounds like you want equality of outcome, you’ll find none of that in PVP.
there’s no equality of outcome when the match is over when you first enter by 40 people in voice coordinating against 40 people not in voice. I played an Ioc earlier against a premade and even with telling people in chat where to go we werent able to cap a single node cause the premade had assigned teams defending every node, coordinating CC and cd’s, using everything they possibly could to have the most advantage they could.
we don’t need voice. when you have played literally thousands of games with people, you can say nothing at all and still play with flow and coordination. we get in voice again, for the social aspect and company.
you are basically running into the best players in epics, the odds are stacked against you just by the very nature of we do this every day and you don’t.

yes, that is how unfair it is being a premade vs complete randoms, it has nothing to do with player skill, mostof the epic bg premade players are negative win\loss in rated and are bad at the game, the only sense of being decent at the game is by premading against random players, that’s why it’s fun for bad players to bully randoms in epics.

the problem is its rarely a full premade vs complete randoms. most games are partial premade and pugs vs partial premade and pugs.
and you want to sit there and claim we are toxic when you are calling us names and projecting caricature-like motivation onto our actions and even doing a bit of rating shaming. just because you would group up to bully players doesn’t mean other players share your motivation.
the reality is the players who enjoy playing epics ran into each other over time and the ones who wanted to formed groups and communities to play with each other.
now you could say that random players end up feeling bullied, but that is the nature of PVP, its their responsibility to overcome their emotions and figure out why they lost and what to try next time.

As a community we just need to start referring to EBG communities as ‘coward corrals,’ and ignoring them. This forum has been nothing but weirdo persona players trying to ego ever since the game got so dead that people like Fading aren’t here to make fun of them anymore to reel them in.

I think Epic bg premades are alright. I mean the people who are personally the worst at pvp need some mob mentality to get any semblance of meaning out of the game! How else would you expect them to win?? Definitely in no other bracket thats for sure uwu

I don’t think people would mind as much if the matchmaking system actually queued premade vs another premade so casuals/solo-queuers don’t end up in a rigged match. But the Blizzard matchmaker system is trash lol, so premade-versus-pugs is what the system usually spits out
Also, it doesn’t help that premaders like to artificially “drag out” the match as long as possible for the purpose of farming pugs for easy kills. It would be another thing if a rigged premade vs pugs match actually ended quickly/in a reasonable amount of time
