Is this item image supposed to be blank or a timepiece?

Its blank in my image list, did it just not populate correctly? Even tried switching toons and its still blank.

I have the same issue. It appears blank in the Transmog tab both at the change guy and in my collections. Just like the option to be invis.
I have not tried taking off my gloves to see if that changes anything though…

Shows up with out the gloves, which throw off the Thundering Stormrider set, but I do see the watch.

For me it’s blank when I loot it, doesn’t show up for me to tmog, and the “chest” is infinitly clickable telling me I collected the timepiece but I haven’t?

This is bugged. Chest at Trading Post is infinitely lootable, timepiece transmog is not getting correctly looted. Blizz needs to fix.
You would need to file a Bug Report if you feel it is bugged.

It was for me too when I finished the month’s activities, but stopped being so after I logged out afterwards. There is a glitch where it’s not showing up in your collectible tab, or rather it’s not giving a preview of the item. But it is there.

Yeah it’s not properly showing in the item preview area but if you equip the transmog it does show on your character model preview pane.

The corsages don’t show in the Appearance Library either, but do show once they are transmogged.

it’s because the system hasn’t been revamped for non symmetrical pieces and prioritizing non symmetrical sides.

Ok so same thing is happening to me and my girlfriend and her cousin’s accounts when we went to claim the timepiece this month. It’s clearly a bug that a portion of the community is affected by. What are the steps to get this addressed.
Post in the bug reports and wait for the dev to hotfix it.

You’re able to claim it without any issue that first time you click on it. For a brief time after you can keep “opening” the chest, but you’re not getting anything extra from it. And it does stop being an issue after a bit. It’s not anything game-breaking and it’s not actively preventing anyone from getting the piece. If you look it up under the wrist appearances, it should be there. If it’s not? THAT is a bug to absolutely report. The re-clickability of the chest may be perturbing and should be reported but it’s not preventing the item from being lootable.
As I said above, I know my chest stopped being re-clickable after I logged.
