Godspeed to the 750 guilds on Mythic Fyrakk

700 pull boss are not healthy for the game.

Also most guild are not taking a break, they are just getting toxic and dying. Even if they nerfed those boss they would still be hard for guild progging them now.

yeah guild failing is part of the game but it’s never a good news, bunch of friend are scatered, people are sour and stop playing.

you’re doing final bosses on maximum difficulty. I think guild mentality is what needs to change.

wow players have a habit of considering themselves “above” all content, and playing until they die to clear it.

player mentality and guild mentality needs to adapt to the fact that “content for everyone” means some content is only for players much better than you, and you are not good enough to do that content.

Then make the season close faster idk, 1 month ago guild were killing with healthy amount of pulls (300ish)… Leaving those boss in those state is just bad, it brews toxicity in guilds and it’s sad to watch.

Also going from average 1500+ guild getting CE for 4-5 tier in a row to maybe 1000 if the cut is in 4 weeks like people expect it is just not good.

Can you link a source for that statement. I gotta see this

After about 250 pulls on Fryakk I’d like to see a nerf. Its very hard to consistently make p2 with everyone alive.

Some -10% or -15% dmg adjustments on a few of his abilities would really make progging it feel a lot better.

So far intermisson and P2 seem okay its just tough to prog when only 10% of you pulls get you a good look at it.

Its no jailer-level nerfs, but healers get to breathe a sigh of relief for the first time in a long time.

As expected, and precisely on schedule for an April 30 season 4 start.

The fixes are pretty timid, though.

They are still a bit timid, but at the same time they stop a lot of the wombo combo overlaps that cause insta death/raid wipes, there’s more opportunity to recover.

Pretty steep reduction to healing requirements, especially for accidental damage. Will be nice during mount farm at the very least, probably not overly significant for guilds still struggling however.

This should actually give us a chance to heal mistakes rather than being left with the choice between rezzing and wiping.

I think for my team the only thing we needed was for seeds to spread in a more consistent pattern. Our best pulls seem to end with one side getting overloaded, which is difficult to discern when they land close together, obscured by the boss, so inevitably one gets missed and it’s go again time.

S4 announced, only 3 more weeks for CE

The Fyrakk nerfs are not that big, we might see less than a 1000 CE this tier, around 600 less then last 2 tiers.

Insane to think about when after Sepulcher (~1300CE) Ion said they thought it was to hard.

I admit I also thought they would do a bit more mechanically, such as removing a frontal shade in P1, or the farthest screaming souls in P2. But the nerfs that went in will still help those currently on it quite a bit.

If you’re in P2 and starting to touch P3, you should be fine. If you’re still stuck in the intermission phase, you’re probably in trouble.

And said it wouldn’t happen again.

But of course he was just lying (again). It’s what he does.

Tuesday reclear was a lot smoother with the nerfs.

The adjustment period was having less fiery growths which meant that seeds actually had a wider spread in some circumstances, but the overall damage was much lower so you could just focus on mechanics.

Fyrakk phase 1 is much smother now, and phase 2 isn’t a death sentence/wipe if you mess up the Shadow Cages. Blaze damage being lower in general stops a lot of would-be fatal things from being fatal.

If you’re just starting Fyrakk this week you have a solid chance of killing it before Season 4.

P2 is entirely raid composition, sadly. They did not nerf it like they had for Sylvanas, to make the fight more accessible without curb stomping the difficulty.

That said, the nerfs make P1, Intermission, and the most dangerous parts of P2 (for the players) easier, but it doesn’t change any of the difficulty on the gimmicky parts of the fight.

The intermission and P3 have the shortest learning curve, so it’s really down to whether guilds can get P2 down quickly.

75 more Fyrakk kills since the Tuesday hotfix. Might hit 1K total!

Dawn of the final week.

Good luck to the world lasters.
