The goblins that joined the Horde are different than the cartel goblins we have in classic. Just like the Zandalari trolls will be friendly to both Horde and Alliance when ZG is released because they are different trolls than the others in the world, in this case the Darkspear tribe is the only one allied with Horde.

Another reason why I donât like its design. Which is why I said if they could make it more like the Draenei and Blood Elf zones, where you can go back and forth with it, as you please. Instead of this phased nonsense, where you have to be the appropriate Race/Class (donât forget about those DKs!), in order to access it, at certain times.

Wouldnât happen. If there was a Classic+, azshara would end up being more used than it is now.

I do think it is unlikely of Blizz to do this. However, itâs not impossible nor harmful to discuss hypotheticals.
