I am actually trying to find out why this is not working, I have asked in the forums and nothing is helping, I am on the gnome heritage armor questline doing the quest Gnomercy!, you have to in the quests terms, 1, Deshrinkify the Assault Tank, 2, Commandeer the Assault Tank, 3, Slay 30 Ironbound Invaders. I go to the tank and make it big, it shows up as done and then says commandeer the tank, so i click it and jump into it, but it does not show it as complete and will not let me continue on to the next part. I have abandoned the quest 3 times and retook it, i have abandoned it and logged out and back in and took it and still it will not acknowledge my progress.
Did you try the fix from the bug report forum thread?

I was able to locate a few reports, Shaderunner, but I don’t have any additional details outside of that. I’d definitely recommend submitting a bug report if you haven’t already.
From what I gather, some folks have been successful after they have abandoned and retook the quest. That might be the only possible workaround at this stage but hopefully the overall issue can be resolved.

im currently having this issue it’s STILL BUGGEDDD !!!
Please be mindful of old threads and try not to necro them. Make a new thread in the future .

As of 10-12-2023 the bug still exists, you have to abandon quest and retry. It worked the second time
Best thing to do is report it as a bug posting here wont get it any traction.

I have had the same issue and did in fact abandon it and retake it 3 times to no avail. You would think after this long, it would have been corrected.
The problem with necromancy is that the issue from 5 years ago could have been fixed, but remerged since then, or even a new issue with a different update.
Posting a bug report would get the developers to recheck it.
