There are a lot of things in old content that are not warbound yet. Last I heard they were working on it. Last resort I will try to do it on another toon.
Theyâre a cosmetic service. Full stop. A void to scream into. Absolutely, utterly, and entirely pointless and powerless.
Once I was in the right time I was able to fly into the city and complete the quest. I forgot there was an entrance that way. Thank you so much!!
Iâm sorry but auto denying or auto solving a ticket is not anything except trying to make it harder to get assistance. I was banned last week for no reason and before it got overturned, my ticket was auto denied. Itâs ridiculous, and people are absolutely right to be mad about the CS in regard to this MASSIVELY commercially successful company.
Tickets arenât âatuo denied.â They are âclosedâ once a response is given, but a simple reply to the ticket reopens it for further review.
You can split hairs all you want but that is the result.
The support now is so bad, it actually makes me upset so I try to not even think about opening a ticket lol
Pretty sad since they used to be the best of the best!
First Iâm surprised there even are GMs anymore. Second, I find it hilarious Blizzâs idea of answering tickets is to link a 3rd party site.
Whatâs even funnier is Wowhead has really aggressive and shady ads.
âGo here for your answer and enjoy the virus!â
Thatâs exactly what they want. To them, this is a successful result.
Go back fifteen years and Blizzardâs support was the sort that could be held up as a beacon for good companies to emulate. Fast forward to today and itâs basic goal is to make you give up before you cost them any money.
I miss being able to talk to a GM in game.
Live Chat was fine but ofc they had to get rid of that too.
I wonder what the realistic percentage chance is of getting a living human being to manually type out/reply to CSR emails from Blizzard is.
Not like⌠âwell, a human being copy/pasted an approved scriptâ⌠but a like actual human being investigating your issue and helping resolve it.
Has to be astronomically low.
Just an FYI, with the release of tWW and Warbands, 90% of Achvs are now credited to your Warband-score, NOT your individual score.
In other words, your individual/character score is basically locked in place at this point.
If you were having a fun game of chasing some one, trying to get a higher score than someone else, there is almost ZERO chance you will catch them now.
The are very few Achvs now that give points to your personal score.
One of the downsides of Warbands. ;(
edit: And I havenât seen Blizzard (or anyone else, really) address this topic, but ⌠seems to me the only thing to do is just totally remove the individual score. Itâs meaningless now.
I have found that new players get more help with game issues from Guides in Newcomer Chat than normal players would get from submitting a ticket on a gameplay issue. If there are a few Guides on, they will generally come up with a variety of options which they get from not just checking resources but from personal experience or memory.
Its a pity there isnât an equivalent for players outside of Newcomer chat. (And no, just asking in general chat channels will get far too many idiot responses, from my experience.)
A lot of initial responses are automated. They even say so.
Bobby Kotick former Activision Blizzard CEO, and Armin Zerza Chief Financial Officer of Activision Blizzard, prioritized personal and stock profits, over players experiences.
They are why Blizzardâs customer support went from best in class to next to abysmal.
Bottom line is this game is a terrible product now, what it used to be has long been goneâŚWhen Private servers are free and still have a better product says alotâŚGL
Itâs factual information. No one is splitting anything.
I meanâŚisnât that how it should be?
Submitting a ticket for every step of learning how to play shouldnât be the expected way to figure things out.
