About a week ago I opened a ticket (US79000572) regarding the Bananas Pet. The ticket was answered and I received a “You have been chosen to fill out a GM survey” alert. Every time I click on that alert it’s the wheel of death… I went to the support website to see if the survey was associated to my ticket. I assumed that if I answered the survey on the website the alert in-game would go away. Unfortunately, there is no survey associated with the ticket online.
Is there away to get rid of this GM Survey alert in-game? I’ve been watching this wheel of death go around and around without loading the survey for at least 10 minutes now.
