Upon logging in after today’s maintenance the mount appears to be missing! I had it on my bars and have been using it since release but it’s no longer in my journal. The murlock moun is there, however.
Mine is also missing, as well as some other guild members. You can’t even see it in collections.

You’ll want to add your voices to any threads existing in the Bug Report forum.
Customer Support has no involvement with any facet of the game itself.

Unfortunately, Customer Support is actually a forum for players to assist other players. It’s unique in that no staff comes here beyond our SFAs - and they don’t report/relay bugs, nor do they have any hand in addressing them, I’m afraid. That’s why you’ll see people directing folks to Bug Reports in cases like these.
Hopefully it’ll be an easy fix. Keep an eye out for hotfixes - and while there hasn’t been anything officially posted as of right this moment? I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some sort of maintenance or realm restarts in the morning to address things that have cropped up tonight.

If you’ve got a post in the Bug Report forum already, that’s absolutely the best place you could bring it to someone’s attention for correction. It may not be responded to, but it will be seen and corrected accordingly.

Only the SFAs. Support Forum Agents. That is Vrak and Orlyia and other Blues you’ll see posting here. They’re not Devs, they’re not GMs. They’re here to offer advice and insight. No other staff beyond them come here to collect data or anything of the sort because of it’s specific format of players assisting other players.
