I got my two tokens today on my ret Paladin, bought a sword, enchanted it, then realized it is a one handed weapon. I cant refund it as I enchanted it and there is no other way to get another token. So now my paladin just cant get an epic PVP weapon putting me at a distinct disadvantage, I tried for about three hours to submit tickets. I tried every way i could think of to submit a ticket and still cant get through to anyone. Blizzard used to have the best support but it is terrible now. Funny how slowly the support page loads but when you go to that shop to spend your hard earned money there is no delay at all.
Blizzard cant swap items.
I promise u now that its enchanted they wont do it and even before if it was after the 2hr window i still wouldnt happen.
Unfortunately, there is nothing than can be done about choosing the wrong item with your gear token.
Common Problems
- I accidentally paid Conquest instead of Tokens when purchasing the Forged Gladiator’s Weapon, I would like the Conquest points back
- I bought my Gladiator’s weapon and can’t refund it. Can I get my Forged Gladiator’s Weapon Token(s) back?
Most items can be refunded by selling it back to any vendor within two hours. If you log out after purchasing the item, the two hour timer will continue to count down.
To prevent mistakes, whenever an action removes the refund timer, the game will pop-up a confirmation message that you need to acknowledge and accept. For example, when you equip, enchant, upgrade, or transmog the item.
Customer Support does not refund items. If your refund timer expired you can keep, sell, or destroy the item.
That may be the worst system I have ever heard of. What advantage is there for Blizz to not let us get more PVP weapons for offspec anyways?
In s1, if you spent both of your weapon tokens then you could purchase weapons via conquest as normal. Probably works the same.
Blizz won’t do that because then people would abuse it. Saw many people try and fail.
Yikes, is this how you talk to people you want help from?
The above posters are correct, this is not something a GM will be able to swap for you. Best of luck.
