I think if they changed the glad mount to a participation bonus, a lot more PvE players would hop over. It’s kind of a lame incentive to put something so unobtainable for so many.

both brackets were inline with each other and shuffle didn’t have some some additional cap on it
played boomy first few days of season, within 96 games played, 62 won, I was at 2358. Won 4-2 at 2358 gained 0 stopped qing, haven’t q’d the boomy since. Got to 2200 first week in regular 3s.
generally the top end of ladder gets to like 2300-2400 by the end of the first week
last season shuffle had no mmr cap, rogue at 2700 shuff rating within 24 hours of season start
Doing that diminishes the prestige. Instead they should make people acually want to queue.
Imo the best way to so this is so have more rewards sprinkled from 0 to r1. A league based system would work here.

When looking at how ridiculously easy the M+ mounts are it is a bit befuddling why the Gladiator mounts are that much more difficult. I feel like the mount is the reward that could be the engine to drive up participation and its painfully obvious to most of the wow playerbase that it is completely out of reach and unobtainable. I definitely like the idea of rewarding those players in gladiator range, but in my opinion it should be something like a permanent title.
And people say pvp is dead LOL go earn it lazy. get better lazy. Glad title and mount are the reason to push in pvp. giving away free glad ruins pvp and will lose players. Not smart.

This idea just destroys all of the value/prestige of the glad mount. Why is your generation so lazy lol?
The reason the glad mount is so cool is because it’s not a participation award. No one would give af about it if everyone had it. It would just become another mount on your mount tab.
If you really want the glad mount, set some goals and have some discipline. Make efforts to improve as a player, so that if/when you get it, it will feel meaningful.

The whole purpose of a glad mount or any reward really in PvP is to boost participation. Do you feel the glad mount is currently doing that for the 3’s bracket? I don’t think so
