I am not able to find mounts previously earned via the arena system. The characters were Glitterati-Detheroc for the Merciless Nether Drake, Vengeful Nether Drake, Brutal Nether Drake and Luciano-Sargeras Relentless Gladiator’s Frostwyrm. The mounts are failing to appear on the characters who earned them in the first place. I provided the character name, server name, and gladiator season mount which is missing. Customer support verified the achievements and acknowledges my mounts are missing.
