Hello, I logged onto my character the other day and noticed that I am missing 8 of my Gladiator mounts. I still have all the achievements and Feats of Strength for every mount, and I am on the original character who earned them. I also still have my Vindictive, Primal, Warmongering, and Wild Gladiator titles, as well as all elite sets and weapon illusions I earned, except the Demonic Tyranny illusion which is missing from my collection despite having earned it.
I have already submitted multiple support tickets and spoken with several GMs. Their recommendation was to create a report on the forums so the developers can investigate the issue. I hope this post helps bring it to their attention.

Gonna have to ask around about what, if anything can be done. Might be tricky, doesn’t look like the characters that earned them exist on this Bnet any longer and things have changed a lot in the way this type of item has been treated by our systems over the years.
the character that earned them still exists in my account, the name is Spaidzx and realm is Area 52 gladiator titles are character specific and i still have all of mine on there.
Glad you’re able to do a little digging, Orylia. I asked the OP to post over here from Bug Report originally to see if anything could be potentially dug up.
When I looked into the mounts on a data site I did notice something weird, they lost a large amount at one point last year.
Don’t really know why the data shows that i lost so many mounts but like i said before i didn’t transfer any characters. my mount number randomly seems to have shot back up from 512 to 593 between August and September as well.
Unfortunately, Spaidzx, while we can see the achievements we are unable to associate them with characters currently on this Battlenet account. The Gladiator mounts used to be character specific, which could be transferred between licenses and Battlenet accounts and were only made account wide with the Shadowlands expansion. It is possible that the mounts themselves are on a different license on a different Battlenet account, it is difficult to say.
It does seem that there has been some issues with ownership in the past which makes everything else a bit more complicated. I’m afraid it doesn’t appear that we are able to do anything to grant those mounts to this license. Sorry.
Hi i already mentioned before multiple times that my character that earned the gladiator mounts is still in my account and the name is Spaidzx and Realm is Area 52. already confirmed this with support many times before. I understand what you have stated, Spaidzx, but this is not something that we’ve been able to verify. Given the multiple WoW licenses and Battle.net accounts associated with this and the ownership issues, it doesn’t look like we’re able to assist in this case.
That actually isn’t true, the achievements associated with the mounts that you listed have show the IDs for two different characters. One earned some, another earned the rest. Unfortunately, the character IDs associated with those achievements do not show an active character, so they cannot be verified.
You are welcome to submit a bug report, perhaps our QA team can verify something that we could not and do something to allow those mounts to be accessible. I’m afraid this isn’t something that Support will be able to help with.
This makes no sense if i didn’t earn the mounts then why do i have the gladiator titles i earned for the season then? why do i have my vindictive gladiator title, Warmongering gladiator title and wild gladiator title yet none of those mounts show up in my collection? gladiator titles are character specific and all of them shown completed by the character i listed above.
This is curious. I don’t think I’ve seen anybody with a title and no mount aside from Skippy who just didn’t finish wins but that’s on the post-Legion system.
Did you get any duplicates? Because if you earned them twice but learned them on that character and left them in bags on main (this char) then maybe they got purged/transferred…?
The situation is just kind of peculiar because, for anybody who doesn’t really pvp, named gladiator (r1) goes to top 0.1% but gladiator and its associated mount (pre-bfa) went to top 0.5% and while the latter is account-wide the former is bound to the individual character.
So it’d be really odd for somebody with title to not have the mount because they should go out at the same time.
Yeah that’s exactly why i’m so confused. i earned all of those gladiator rewards on this character originally, including the mounts and titles. I dont remember ever getting duplicate mounts or leaving anything unlearned in bags though.
