Glad in RSS requires more skills than in 3s and 2s

Offer glad title in RSS, add different color mounts. “Glad” should be a high tier PVP title that you can get from your favorite form of rated PVP. So RSS, 3s and RBGs.

My friends and I can easily get 2.4k in solo shuffle but neither 3s or 2s at this moment. We would be pretty happy if solo shuffle comes with a glad mount. Way less effort than 3s.

Actually many games you are 3 random players vs 3 3rd party website employees that are in discord boosting accounts. So Yeah, you get 2400 in RSS, you are doing great!

thats why they are soo mad at players abandoning 3v3s, 800 usd tax free Glad mount sales are in the gutter atm.

Sounds like an interesting John Henry contest. 3 first time 2400 RSS players versus a premade of multi-glads in a streamed, best of 5 wargame.

The RSS players aren’t allowed to use comms, nor play a real comp to hold true to their ‘we’re better because we adapt and play with these handicaps.’

Show us you deserve a glad mount.

say there’s 200,000 characters on ladder
of those 200,000 obviously not all of them or even half of them in any season in the games history have been active or consistent players

and what i mean by that is that the vast majority of PvP participation is made up by people who get 1-2 caps early in the season for PvE filler upgrades (trinkets/weapons)
a large portion after that is people that try pvp once or twice with friends and either don’t enjoy it or don’t ever play it again
ect ect

of the people that actually play the game there’s probably MAYBE 50,000 on ladder of the original 200,000
1.5% glad would be what 3,000?

of actual active players that care about PvP glad would be top 6% by your placement of 1.5% (it’s often times more than 1.5% at 2400/50wins btw)

i think putting yourself in a percentile against the entire ladder or even worse the entire playerbase is dishonest / delusional personally

i think a better way to look at it is to figure out how many people are 1600/1800 and cut the ladder below that completely when figuring out duelist/glad percentiles
literally anyone regardless of any disability or whatever will get 1600/1800 if they care to do it so those are the only players you should consider ‘on ladder’

I love ya Remi, but I don’t understand this mentality of other forms of rated pvp being “lesser” compared to 3s, and less deserving of glad. I’ve never once had anyone tell me a good argument against expanding glad to other forms of PVP or making NEW forms.

Like what’s the reason? Because it seems to me that the only reason is that it’s been that way for nearly two decades and currently, in regards to PVP numbers dwindling in 3s participation, it seems the people have spoken

Because they have solid premade groups and are used to stomp on lesser groups, they cant stand that everyone is deserting 2s and 3s and now have no one to stomp on.
