The problem is that it sometimes still works. Occasionally I’ll still get the extra icicle proc from the lucid dreams. It’s just not consistent. I have plenty of screenshots, and have sent in an ingame bug report every single day for the last couple of weeks but still nothing 
I just stop using glacial spike and went with a FO build which sims higher for me anyway with 3 packed ice traits and whiteout + 2. I just couldn’t get lucky enough to get 1 flash freeze but thats RNG.
Bumping thread, still not fixed… Where has the QC team gone? did they fire all of them?

Spam in bug game report for the lucid minor failing to apply stacks these forums are getting us no where. Sooner or later they will have to look at it.

Hotfixes for March 2nd.
That said, they stated previously they’d fixed the buff when they clearly hadn’t so who knows.
Until then, the FOrb build is working out quite well and doesn’t require this essence.

Agree FO build is a bit nicer but I get yelled at a lot by others, “why aren’t you going with spike”. So I tell them about the bug and they’re skeptical and thinking I’m making up excuses.
Edit: Just read the March 2nd patch notes , time to test to see if this is actually fixed but idk I am really liking the FO build and not having to wait 5 years for spike to go off

FOrb was horrible last week with Necrotic because tanks have to keep running away and kite mobs, which means I had keep guessing where they would move the trash next. All I could do was spend GCD’s using nova/CoC to keep mobs in the orb + blizzard for as long as possible. It sucked.
This week it should be a lot better with fortified + teeming.

Fortified + Teeming is quite fun with FORB build.
