Give Worgen Tails (Part 2)

If you read the entire thread, you’d notice they in fact do, in the beta arts, even recent mention in books, even heartstone (yeah the card game)
if you read other threads about it.

Totally agreeing, Man’ari should’ve never be in the game as a customization, nor high elves , Man’ari cuz they’re literally GENOCIDES. and High elves for literally having little to no population after arthas’ massacre, then suddently at least a 100 of them just appear out of nowhere lol

You can ask for what ever you want.

Some people in this thread ask for what they want in a cogent and logical way. They acknowledge facts while expressing their desire for change.

Others here just make up lies and do their cause no favors by saying Blizzard hasn’t answered. Blizzard has answered.

Just because you want a different answer does not equate to Blizzard refusing to answer. They even put it in that Dracthyr silly. They are aware.

This poster had a point :

Jealous people in this thread keep bringing up Draenei and Elves.

Elves and Draenei get more attention with Eye Colors and Manari skins because a lot of folks play those races. And Eye colors/Manari skins were things that the entire fanbase has discussed for years.

Worgen getting tails isn’t as impactful to the Playerbase as Manari being welcomed among the Draenei - as far as story or as far as players who are affected.

It isn’t that Blizzard has been silent. They made their position clear. And Blizzard has little incentive to change their mind.

After the 3d models way more people started playing worgen, and tail for worgen has been discussed for years in this (since BFA) and the other thread, and way more threads out there, it is a impactful change, since worgens get updates + new things every 10 years lol.
never thought i’d heard genocides would make an impactful change…

i dont think people will change they mind, until something is done about it, either saying a NO in public, or just giving it for us, they did worgen dirty with the reclamation of gilneas i’ve already mentioned before, it was all bugged + it became a recolor later.

btw, the only thing that changed in gilneas, are the npcs walking around, that can be asked to leave.
no city repairs, no changes, just NPCS.

it came to a point blizz is str8 up ignoring the entire worgen playerbase.

Ive been playing this game for 20 years my friend. Blizzard has not answered any Worgen post in the last 13 years. The most they have done is show they know people are asking for tails but they have never once answered a Worgen post on the fourms. They consider the race a failed race in the game and give us little to no consideration. But lets look at why the Worgen failed… Oh yes the Abomination that was the female Worgen model. The rushed work that was due to them running out of time before Cata lunched. It was on Blizzards head that Worgen failed and just look at the come back Worgen have had since the model revamp. But there are small things that make people avoid the race like no Revamped Racials when every other core race in the game got shown love. Little things like Blizzard themselves putting the Wrong banner in the halls of the timeways when every other races banner is shown. Getting our homeland back but having 0 use for it as there is not even an Alliance Flight Path in the zone but Horde have a flight path… The Worgen only Hearthstone that only takes you to Gilneas but is just the normal hearthstone animation when the Draenei got a really cool custom hearthstone that can be used anywhere… Need I show more proof?

Blizzard hates to admit they made a misteak and they are the reason Worgen aren’t as well liked as a race as they could have been. So till we get heard we will continue to post here no matter how many post aginst us, and I can count the number of people aginst our request on my hand there is.

I’m not even sure what this is about… people in this thread keep saying something along these lines… as if someone is trying to muzzle you.

I don’t think anyone is saying you shouldn’t post, or trying to take your right to post away. Having different opinions doesn’t mean people want you to stop posting.

Well, I should say for my part. I don’t flag posts just because I disagree with the poster, like some others on these forums.

Anyway - I will say, if Blizzard decided to give Worgen tails, it seems like an easy win. No one loses anything. The vocal niche that wants them could have one less thing to whine about. The only down side is we would have to see those monkey butts running around.

The fact that Blizzard hasn’t- and then introduced a new race with a tail that turns around and mocks these complaints- speaks volumes.

It would appear either Blizzard is steadfast in holding on to their version of a tailless Worgen for their own reasons…

or

Adding a whole body part - with customizations - to an existing race is a lot more work than mere Eye Color or Skin color options. More work than it is worth for a Race that few people play.

If it’s clear you should have no problem pointing to where in no uncertain terms they said it.
If you can’t, then you’re just making up:

And doing your own cause:

Blizzard takes any shots they can at the Alliance. Always has always will. We just shake our heads and nod and when they get pushy we remind them of the Abomination.

Okay cool then we can give up then and lock the thread cause it is meaningless cause you say so. Come on man get real. This thread is requesting tails you can customize. We do not have a answer.

A customizable tails is a simple reasonable request. It’s not like asking for a brand new gold plated diamond inlayed yacht mount in pristine condition and 10 million gold cap to be mailed on every character ingame.

You know with the feeble treatment Worgen go through they should get a free mount mailed to them as a apology for being treated like 4th rate scum. They even get there capital city back in the most feeble way possible.

Explain to me how asking for a customizable tail is too much of a request? It is really unreasonable?

Too much?

I still do not see why some posters position it this way…. You can make any request you like.

Though, Blizzard has acknowledged this desire exists from a niche of a portion of a subset of one of many choices among the least played Races.

One way Blizzard has acknowledged this is by designing a new race with a tail that openly mocks the notion of Worgen with tails.

As far as what is “too much”… let’s bring up the perennial victims of these jealous attacks, the scape goats of these complainers - Manari and Blood Elves.

Adding a body part like a tail is decidedly more work as far as design than simply giving more color options for eyes and skin, like Manari and Blood Elves were given.

Whether that effort is too much would be up to the people who have to do it. They have consistently refused : to the point of making a new race with a tail that mocks the notion.

Have they?

Have they?

Refusal isn’t a matter of personal interpretation.
If they refused there would be a statement on the matter, in text or in speech.
Proffer said statement or cede your position, there’s no other option for you at this point.

Yes. Blizzard has acknowledged it.

As has been stated throughout this thread - Blizzard even made a new race with a tail, and has that race mock the notion of Worgen desiring one.

Nonsense. There does not have to be some statement for a refusal. A refusal can simply be a denial without a declaration.

They have not done it.

They acknowledged the desire of a niche with the Dracthyr joke - and refused to implement it.

You disassemble what ever point you try to make as you utter it.

I mean, I am just right. That is enough for me.

Worgen don’t have tails. Blizzard acknowledged some people want it, and refused that desire. Those are just facts.

There does, because in order for a thing to be refused a decline must be issued.
If nothing such as that is, then a thing was not refused. The worst that could be said is that it was ignored, which you aren’t saying when you state that they:

Unless you proffer a statement of theirs affirming such, you are incorrect.
The absolute best you can say is that it was ignored, and to ignore something is not the same as to refuse however desirous thereof you may be.

Prove me wrong instead of gadding about pigeon-like over a chessboard you haven’t even endeavored to honestly comprehend. Or I should say prove yourself right, since you’re so certain.

More nonsense.

If one refuses to answer the door or the phone, one does not need to set out some notarized statement before hand.

You are even more incorrect than before because Blizzard did not ignore it - they out right acknowledge it with the Dracthyr joke. They mock the notion.

But they do need to make the conscious decision not to do it, and I’ll give you that much.
Now, I should ask your evidence that they think thus, but you already gave it.

Your premise has at least shifted from the tweet that was specifically about Greymane, but now it rests upon the back of a joke.
There’s also a joke about The Lord of the Rings, and if we’re to be sticklers about a joke needing to be funny in-universe this means that the books are then canon.
One about using wisps for personal hygiene as well, I guess that’s now something the Kaldorei do with the spirits of their dead. Or at least venerate them so little they can joke about such.
Worgen have one about sparkling, in reference to the Twilight books. Guess that’s canon now, as well as sparkly vampires. And another about furries, so now those and all they entail get lumped in as well. There’s also the six nipples flirt, though they only have two breasts, hard to square that circle.
Emos, Doctor Who, fast food, dairy commercials, being able to identify estrogen and all other such things, a nomadic beast race knowing a waltz developed in 1913, et cetera.
And all of this without even mentioning how mutable they are, how blizzard will delete them at the drop of a hat if a few fools on twitter raise enough of a stink. Shaky ground to say the very least.

This is an eminently stupid position to hold.
So it’s no surprise seeing it here.

They have, and they haven’t. They’ve referenced the request in a mocking joke, but have dodged actually giving a definitive yea or nay for years. That is cowardly…yet smart.

They don’t really want to do it, as you have noted…but they also know that if they admitted that publicly, it would cost them both publicity and money in lost subscriptions. Perhaps not a lot…but as long as they remain silent about it, they can keep us strung along for more years to come.

Dont think a joke can do much about it.

^^
dont forget they removed some jokes too, soo, who knows? maybe they’ll remove the dracthyr joke aswell if they get tail for worgens.

This is soo true, mercenaries, doing everything for money, its not a surprise anymore :person_shrugging: (Also, Hello KOG member! :D)
also @Cursewords, why do you keep following the thread if you dont agree with it? lol

You directed a comment to me, so I will respond :

What are you going on about?

Are threads made only for those who agree?

Do people make threads in a General Discussion Forum to create an echo chamber- and do they expect everyone to comply?

For my part, if I see a topic in General Discussion, I may discuss it. Whether I agree or not.

GIVE WORGEN TAILS! Or give Gnolls who have tails and make them playable. I’m also sad Diablo 4 werewolf has no tail either.
