Give Worgen Tails (Part 1)

Cite your source.

You’re blowing a lot of smoke for someone with your name.

Blue glowing eyes is tied to Arcane. Blue eyes that were promised would return since the Sunwell is half Light and half Arcane. (By the devs mind you)

Purple has never been mentioned.

Green is tied to Fel Radiation (Or use).

Gold is from the rekindled Sunwell’s Light side.

Again though, Void Elves had purple glowing eyes first. Before Blood Elves could even have it, suggesting if its tied to anything its Void. (Though again, nothing confirmed from the devs.)

Yes. Please Worgen tails. Still +1 this.

There is literally no lore anywhere stating worgen do not have tails.
Also, there are many examples official art, including current images, from Blizzard showing them with tails.

There is nothing wrong with people wanting more options for their characters in an MMORPG. If you don’t want that option, fine, step aside. But don’t try to shout down something the majority of players want.

Anyway give worgen tails.

Ok fair enough the burden of proof is on you. Show us in the lore where it says “Worgen can not have a tail” I’ll wait.

Mmm maybe i could help on this one: There’s something in the RPG books.
I know that they are not canon anymore since Cataclysm.
But as Blizzard keep taking some ideas from it (like Boralus) and it is known that they participated in the writing of the books, i tend to consider that anything not retconned by any other books or event in game are still canon.

Regarding the high elves eyes (and by extension the blood elves original eyes), there’s a line telling that most of the high elves have blue or green eyes but violet and red are not unheard of.

Same here.

The rpg books are not canon and have no bearing.

Arcane magic you say… so it took many however so years since high elves became a thing to just now get purple eyes out of complete no where, even thought high elves have been practicing arcane magic for just as long as they’ve been around? We’ve seen that elves in particular can even have a different skin tone, much like their eyes, depending on what’s influencing that change. Like I said, nothing has happened in recent times for their eyes to just suddenly change purple. No quest or anything mentioning it unlike their other eye colors. You literally see the tweet I mentioned that is the only source towards them having purple eyes. It was a bug, and Blizzard kept it in even thought there’s zero lore explanation towards it.

If it’s cool, it can make it in, so hey, tails are cool, so add em in!
At least worgens having tails actually has some explanation towards it, seeing as the original worgens came from the pact form, which had a tail, so what’s to say worgens can’t use some kind of druid magic or even get help from Goldrinn to delve deeper in to the worgen form, to a point where druids can now even have full control of their pact form instead of it being a forbidden druid transformation?

So the whole eye thing, maybe I can help here since I’ve studied these elements pretty heavily.

Arcane: Heavily drawn from the Order Realm (IE: Same place as the Titans and the like originally hail from). While Arcane has purple accents along with pink and occasionally whites. It’s primary color are the various blue shades ranging from deep blue to light, almost white, blue.

Void: Associated with corruption, destruction, basically the end of the cycle before the cycle is started anew. Primary colors are shades of purple and black. Yellow makes up accents in places, but is not prominent.

Purple is associated with the void, not arcane, even though purple does show up sometimes in certain arcane effects. This can be chalked up to interactions with other elements.

Also, still waiting on my tail Blizzard. taps paw digits looking at invisible watch

Doesn’t work with the lore, just drop it.

Tell us the source then.
Just saying “doesn’t work” is not enough.
We could say this for things like straight orc and yet we have them.

Strike 1.

Surely someone named Lore can come up with the Lore of the game that says Worgen can’t have tails. Unless your just here to run your mouth for no reason then you will be ignored and reported for Trolling. I would suggest you don’t make it to strike 3.

Lore can be changed, evolved, and added upon. Multiple people in this thread have given examples of how tails could be explained as a new customization option like the night warrior eyes quest. It’s really not that hard.

Give worgens tails

You mean like how they suddenly have Night Elves that don’t physically change due to the use of Arcane Magic, and the countless other retcons in the game where set lore was changed for play reasons? What a concept. Except Lore here said its in the Lore that Worgen can’t have tails… Still waiting on that proof.

There are so many people who come in to the Worgen threads and tell us… You can’t have options. Why not? You get options so why can’t we? And be honest if your just someone who wants to avoid Furrys in the game I think your about 16 years too late to stop it.

It’s against the rules to false flag someone, and telling them to leave a thread (especially when they’ve done nothing wrong) is also not allowed. If you’re going to ignore the lore, that’s fine as long as you admit it.

I mean, we just gave you a whole explanation about the whole purple eye situation yet you refuse to responded to that now and instead just go to “just drop it” as your whole respond to that. :stuck_out_tongue: Purple eye doesn’t work with the lore, so drop the tails not working with the lore.

Show your proof then. You honestly can’t because there is no lore reason that says such. If there was you would have already linked it therefore you are lying and just posting in the thread to troll hence the reason I will be reporting you. Not a threat I just will be reporting you for trolling our thread.

why does one hate the idea of worgen wanting tails soo much, there is blue pandas now as well is that against the LORE too??. upright orcs when they used to be hunch backs, pandas have the option for a nub or a long tail

YOU GUYS, I FIGURED IT OUT!
This is how we give worgen tails, while still being lore accurate!

Funny you mention the pandas…
This isn’t just a lore thing, but in real life, red pandas are the only pandas that do have a long tail. Every other panda has a nub, so yeah, any pandaren that isn’t red that has a long tail, that is not lore friendly! Let’s boycott Blizzard for being so anti lore wtf! >:(

but hey you can choose to have a long or a nub tail as any panda!
