I really want worgen females to have more fur options. Right now they have short fur that would normally be seen on Chihuahas in real life. Wolves have cheek fur, neck fur, and body fur that keeps them really warm and makes them look a lot thicker than short-furred dogs. I would love to see some winter coat options and make their faces look more like actual fluffy wolves.

Oh yeah, and GIVE WORGEN TAIL OPTIONS!

You are correct.
Worgen need customizations that are made to give them more visual options. Both males and females.
So we must continue to remind Blizzard not to forget about worgen for another 10 years before turning our attention to us.

And I too would love to see worgen look more like wolves in any regard. A huge problem is that their muzzles, noses, and fur is wrong. They have no cheek fur, males OR females.

The kor’kron shaman cowl looks way more wolfish than any worgen ever has. I wish my male worgen could look like that, have solid black fur, a tail, and stand up straight - and use his claws and teeth to fight. Then he’d actually be a cool, scary werewolf instead of whatever in the heck kind of goofy buck-toothed dog-cat-man toting giant cartoon weapons that he is supposed to be right now.

I am optimistic that the devs have considered the tails question and may be adding tail options (and hopefully some other things) to worgen characters in a future patch.
Hopefully we’ll hear about it in a 9.1 preview soon!

Blizzcon is next month. Tails incoming, I can feel it!
While we’re at it, also give worgens cheek fur and overall give em more actual fur options that isn’t just color. Give us a scruffy or fluffy fur option.

I forgot about the online Blizzcon. There isn’t much I can think for them to announce that would cause WoW hype besides customization options and the remainder of the heritage armor sets. Definitely none that are as cheap and guaranteed positive reception. This is the most win/win option for Blizzard. Something that won’t cost them much in manpower and won’t overshadow a still new expansion. Maybe a peek at the next tier story line.

Well there’s definitely gonna be a announcement on what’s to come in patch 9.1, 9.1.5 as well. Along with that, we’ll be getting new customizations. So yeah, here’s hoping for new tails and actually new unique worgen customization that’s more than just a color swap!

You forgot that the devs told us a long time ago that after the core races, the next step will be the allied races.
So if there’s new annoucement, most likely it will be for the allied races.

I still have my doubts that we will see full focus on allied races yet thought. Especially when you compare the mountain of stuff they gave races like orcs and humans, but then look at worgens/blood elves getting the bare minimum. We still have a LOT to see out of some of the other core races. Wouldn’t surprise me if we get some stuff for allied races too. If orcs/humans/nightleves/turens can have lots and lots of new customizations, I’m sure they have a lot planned for worgens in the future and not just eye and fur color swaps.

demanding tails for Worgen is telling Blizzard you do not like how they designed the character and their game, the Worgen were never meant to have tails, time to let it go.
