Got to be careful with that Wolfie Blizzard has a 10 year track record of ignoring the Worgen race. Its truely a shame that Blizzard made a race they completely ignore and hate but what can we do.

As Genn has had major roles in the last two expansions Iâd say worgen arent ignored.
They were utterly ignored. 10 years of the second worst model in the game. You have to play horde to even learn your own lore. The only race in the game to not have racials updated when every other race in the game did. Worgen are the least seen NPCs in the game due to the old model. The 2 world quest Worgen, Fiona and Celestine of the Harvest donât use the normal female Worgen voice cause lets be honest itâs stupid. Worgen were made smaller rather than larger in Legion, they are supposed to be 8 feet tall but they are 6 foot 10 inches. (For those who like metric Worgen used to be 2.13 m and are now 2.08 m when they should be 2.43 m) The only reason anyone knows of the race is because of Genn Greymane. Need I go on? Cause I can give you so much more it will make your head spin to take even a moment to pause and think⌠Why?

âWorgen have been ignored for 10 yearsâ points out they got a model update. Worgen racials are fine. You learn of the lore from the intro story. I mean I think you are just crying wolf. They arenât ignored we see plenty of worgen npcs.
Thatâs like saying you dont know any other Gnomes then mekatorque or void elfs then Valeria and Umbric.
Oh they also added more story for ya this xpac and decide to make worgen Heritage armor before the other races. But ya you are ignored.

Our HA is a joke its a retextured armor set from the Darkmoon faire that was utterly ignored when it came to feedback on how bad it looks how it fails to work with Worgen form⌠You know the core form that most Worgen use. I mean if I slapped something together in MS paint in 2 mins I could bring a set of armor out in a few mins too⌠Oh wait they did a unique set for Gobins. So dont give us that BS of they brought your armor out before other races crap. The whole heritage armor quest chain is telling Worgen players the Curse is not what defines us⌠Oh ya Blizzard without the curse Worgen are simply british sounding humans. Without the curse Worgen are Stormwind humans with a different voice. Donât believe me tell me 1 thing 1 thing at all other than the voice that is unique for Worgen human form. Ill wait.

I mean, Worgen is the curse. They are also uh Gilneanes which are humans before the curse. They want to get rid of the curse when worgen have children they dont pass the curse down.
Also itâs not a reskins set and I like it so ya.
I mean idk what to tell you technically the Human worgen are unique compared to the Night elf worgen.
So ya the curse doesnt define the culture that the PC worgen come from. As you know they have way more history before becoming worgen. Or you want them forget the past?

Silverpine Forest, Duskwood, Felwood, Grizzly Hills
I believe there are a few quests where there are Worgen near the border of Silverpine and Hillsbrad. The quests are there.
For NPCs, thereâs all those zones plus Ripsnarl, the Worgen in Blastedlands that is helping some demons, the two brothers from Tol Dagor, the minor easter Wugs from Valâsharah and the Twilight Cultist assassins in a section of Hyjal.
They are there
But compared to other races there is little to no representation at all. And be honest it was because of the model. Blizzard long ago could have given Gilneas back but they donât. The excuse of oh its blighted⌠Nope frost magic stops blight in its tracks it seems so whatâs the excuse? Oh it would be too close to a horde city? Nope thatâs a ruins now. So what is the excuse? There is none other than its Worgen a race only one aspect is focused on and that is Genn and how heâs the voice of not trusting the horde. Which is understandable. Also the curse should be looked at as a strength the Worgen have overcome.

iâve been telling them for nearly 10 years, iâll say it again⌠GIVE WORGEN TAILS!!! especially if youâre going to give us such bony narrow asses. plus since they now lean forward when running, a tail would help with balance so we donât faceplant and chip a fang

Or it could be because Blizzard was dealing with an entire world revamp and needed to tell stories that made sense. If Worgen didnât fit a specific story for qhat they were going for, it make sense why they are scattered in different areas where they are better integrated for the small zone narratives
And it has been shown. Unfortunately itâs just in the novels. Granted if everything from the books were referenced, Iâm sure that would confuse some people that didnât read them. Par for the course

Optional straight backs, optional tails, correct lore size. All this would be nice to see on Worgen. But it seems Blizzard is once again ignoring feedback as they seem to be counting our human form as customization.

Ou poor worgen with out a good city. You act like Bloodelfs and Draenei havenât been asking for a city fix for longer. Oh then we have gnomes who still doesnt have a ârealâ city. Oh and trolls as well.

As aesthetically unique as Two Forms is, I think itâs utterly detrimental to Worgen in general, Iâve never liked the concept, especially now that we may lose customization options for what the race actually is, which is Wolf people.
Worgen âgainingâ human customization for a passive form that is never seen in the majority of gameplay scenarios is not actually âgainingâ anything, we âgainedâ what humans already have, we NEED infinitely more Worgen options, and not just more hair styles and hair colors or scars, we need unique options, tails and postures is a start.
