Give warning about dungeon please

I laughed at this one, good point. Very good point. Modern WOW is all about go go go mentality. It’s also what causes a lot of toxicity. It stresses people out to constantly be going forward full blast, no stops, and if you let up at all you get harassed by other players. It really sucks and it’s another reason why I’m looking forward to Classic so much. One can compare modern WOW mentality it to driving on the highway - drivers are going 60-70+ MPH surrounded by other drivers; everyone’s on edge, in a constant fight-or-flight mode, almost waiting for someone to make a mistake and overreacting to the choices others make. Classic is more like that stroll on the beach where you take your time and soak everything in, appreciating it all for what it is.

I guess what I mean, to stay on topic, is take your time. Pay attention. Read everything, understand everything. Don’t just mindlessly click and key press through your WOW experience hoping everything will work out exactly the way you want it to.

Great idea…
When the UI is very small or alt-z .
Its hard to read…
Wait no fingers? No eyes?
Toes like the trolls tall ones?

I didn’t make that claim, but I’m well aware, thanks.

This is 100% your fault, and easily avoided.

Literally just read what you are queuing for before hitting that button, how the hell is this even a problem for anyone.

In the words of my venerably panda cousins…

“Slow Down”

It takes less than a second to make sure your are queued for the right thing.

You can - once queued - drop the dungeon, if your in the wrong one, by clicking on the eye in your mini-map.

This is not something the game needs. Its a sign from the universe that you need to be careful about pressing buttons before you select the right option.

use your eyes? stop texting and queueing like you probably do while texting and driving.

funny you mention that as this one time…

I walked a green light as a pedestian, and the light was flashing red as i was halfway through and this car comes hooning beeping his horn at me.

Pay better attention?

I am the only one in the thread who isn’t using OP as an excuse to complain about how idiots are ruining the game.

It’s okay timewalking is over.

But just so you be knowing, I think they SHOULD bring back pvp vendors.

there will be next time.

I’m familiar enough with the OP’s history on these forums to put the odds that it’s a genuine issue for him/her at 85%

Genuine question: If you aren’t situationally-aware enough to pay attention to what you’re queuing for, do you really think you’ll pay attention to any additional warning pop-ups?

Pay attention and learn from your mistakes.

To make different assumptions.

You assume OP is being obviously ridiculous to elicit a reaction. It’s just as likely that OP is so oblivious as to be utterly unaware of their own ridiculousness.

Well I think that the human brain filters things out, like my mind is totally smart enough to know the gist of what I have to do in a dungeon and the basics of the mechanics etc.

But as queing for dungeons is kind of like an automatic thing you don’t have to think about most the time, that’s why sometimes people don’t pay attention to what they doing, I mean let’s face it, normally you can only queue for random BFA heroics, it’s not like you queue for mythic dungeons outside of a premade group. That’s why it gets confusing, as the brain isn’t used to sorting out timewalking from normal BFA dungeons is all.

I mean next time timewalking is on, maybe.

I can completely understand how a person could do this. People have other things on their minds.

I don’t, however, understand people who can’t understand this at all.

So they add yet another ‘are you sure?’ warning, and that just becomes the next thing you automatically click without paying any attention.

Please don’t be offended, but if mindless entertainment is the objective, maybe Netflix would be a better fit.

This is not true. You are saying that any two possibilities must have equal chances of being true.

Trolls on the internet are very, very common.

People as stupid and oblivious as OP is pretending to be are not nearly as common as some people would like to believe.

Really, I wouldn’t know it from talking to you.
