I don’t really play warrior, but I would love to see the option to dps with 1H + shield as warrior. Blizz said they want to give players more options, this is an option I think we can all get behind.

Can we acknowledge the first and foremost issue with that?
And that is people are asking for a dps spec that does as much damage as other dps specs, yet has as much armor as a tank.
That’s just a barebones glancing issue. Literally the very first thing that comes to mind without even thinking about glad stance. When you start thinking about everything else factored in it just gets worse and worse.

Only way I’ll take it (and I would LOVE it) is to take away at least 80% bonus from a shield or convert it to offensive stats (shield would then count as an offhand weapon). Then they’ll have to change up all the shield related skills to normal Arms-like skills.
Yeah that’s too much work, Blizz won’t do it.
If only there were a group of people that had complete control over numbers and stats in the game

I would rather have the option, even if unbalanced, than not at all. Unless it was really game-breaking. But that’s just my opinion.
