Give Evokers Time Warp and a battle ress

Why in the world do they not have time warp if they use bronze magic? At the very least they should have access to that spell.

Another is a battle ress… Why can’t they reverse time on a corpse and bring it back to life in combat?

Mages already have enough of this with shamans oh please don’t.

Because new stuff is better than renaming old stuff.

What did I say???! WHAT DID I SAY?!

God damn it, Blizz!

They already have TONS of unique utility. I don’t think they’re in short supply.

Even if it’s for informational purposes, I simply cannot take Bellular seriously.

I hope not but I wouldn’t put it past them to do so,which would you want in a raid more ? Plus the have heals and movement speed even a form of time warp, etc.

I wonder, have they referred to Evokers as a “hero class” or just a new class? As I recall it, DH and DK were both OP when they were introduced.

Keep in mind I can’t even hardly remember yesterday accurately and could be wrong AF

It’s hero class as far as I know.

Hero class with the same restrictions as the others. 1 per server. Starts at like level 68 as well iirc.

Nobody will say goodbye to mages. People will still play them. I refuse to watch any bellular video but i assume he talks about how OP they are right now, which is pointless because it’s Alpha and we’ve had no tuning passes.

They’re gonna make it so Evoker is good in every meta for the expansion. That’s just how hero classes be, they want to make sure they’re represented, but other classes will still exist.

That maybe true but which would you take in a raid?

Ahh that’s right, isn’t it.

Well then. I DO expect them to be OP at least in the beginning. And a month or so ago, I said “The class/race limitation will probably reduce interest in the class” but I think when things are OP a lot of people are inclined to do the flavor of the month bit.

Time will tell!

I think there’s probably gonna be a lot of Evokers queuing as DPS, but personally I’d take a mage with years of experience playing their class over the average Joe playing the new hotness.

Both? A raid has a minimum of 10 slots and a maximum of 30 slots to fill. Can take both, multiples even. Mages have utility that Evoker doesn’t, and vice versa.

Why are you just asking this of mages and not…any other ranged dps. If anything elemental shamans should be scared.

They can - just not in combat. Lol.

And tbh, Evokers have a ton of utility as it stands. No more please. Lmao. (They have a raid-wide movement ability CD reduction spell, a raid-wide movement ability activation [lets you activate it regardless of CD for 10 seconds], a spell they can cast on a healer that makes the healer regenerate mana when… they crit? (I think, too lazy to go look what the proc is from), one that levitates the entire raid and boosts their movement speed, and a couple others.)

They don’t really need more utility lol.

Then there’s really OP healing spells, like their major heal CD reverses 50% of the damage the entire raid took in like the last 5 seconds or something like that.

This does give me a bad flash back,so I’ll leave for awhile.

Oh totally. From what I’ve seen, they’re going to be a pretty fun class to play, definitely worth checking out. Honestly aside from the chronomancer abilities, Preservation reminds me a lot of old Mistweaver fistweaving.

This is party wide not raid wide.
